Hi

Every time I play a game my computer freezes and shuts off. Have to unplug it for a while and it will start again. Cleaned (blew) out the computer so it is not dust. Have been working with Big Fish trying to get this resolved. Asked me to update graphic driver and when I did I get the statement Driver Installer: user must be a member of the administrators group. How do I do that? Windows XP and I am the only one using this computer. Thank you

That's not a normal message for a non managed machine, but you can try right clicking the executable and selecting "Run as Administrator".

Thank you InlandAZ for your help and response. Desktop turn itself off again and I am now using my laptop. Think is time to get the desktop to the shop. scared

That's probably the best thing. It sounds like it might have a hardware problem. It may need a new power supply, and the shop can test for that.
