I've just purchased a "Mystery & Adventure" 2-Pack CD. I'm trying to play the Samantha Swift and the Hidden Roses of Athena game (the second game on the disk). I've installed it but all I get is a screen that says "File access denied" Any advice?

Try right-clicking the shortcut and choose "Run as Administrator" from the context menu.

I've had to do this with several Big Fish games.
Some will start, but won't save when you leave the game.

I have been able to save the game as I leave, so far...

Using Run As Administrator, there shouldn't be any problem saving.
It's when you don't do that that games will sometimes play but not save.
