I wonder if anyone can tell me why I cannot install my games from Big Fish Purchase History. It was working wonderfully then overnight it quit working. I cannot install any old game that I have bought except to pretend to rebuy. I have asked different places for help but no luck. Help please.

Have you written to Big Fish Customer Support about this problem? You didn't state specifically in your post that you had, so I do need to ask.

Yes I did. Even sent a Dr. Felix. But it didn't help as far as installing directly from myb purchase history. They also said go through the same as I said above. It is a very round-about way and extra trouble to do.

Your problem is beyond my knowledge level. If you would like me to move you over to our Glitches forum, maybe someone there could offer some suggestions. Let me know.

I don't think the problem is with BF. I just downloaded one of my games that I own and it worked just fine. Must be in your web site. I don't know what else it could be.

I think Richard may be on the right track. If you're using a different browser sometimes a site won't "recognize" you.

Are you talking about your Purchase History on the Big Fish website?
Or do you mean the Purchase History inside the Big Fish Client?

Hi I had this problem with another company and they couldn't get it to work for them and they say change to a different browser I did and it worked, I'm not sure why but so far so good.
