The new release date is May 2015. Developers said "[the] market is afraid of poorly polished games on next gen platforms." Supposedly Witcher 3 is bigger than the first two combined.

Me too. Seems I will be downloading this somewhere other than my house!
Gardens put to bed. Time for more reading and gaming.

Yes, I'd rather wait, too. Tho, it has to be said, I never did get past the tentacle monster in Witcher 2.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

I would guess that it has to do with the official Specs, that the game is delayed further. Since you need a quad core processor if you want to play it.

I found the system requirements for Wicther 3 on their facebook page...link: https://www.facebook.com/TheWitcher3WildHuntGameAnd as previously commented: Does games these days have delusions of grandeur?, I mean 40 GB? ps: this seems similar to the system requirements for Dragon Age: Inquisition

I found this video on youtube which shows a pretty good presentation of what the game is going to look like. Now if the controls are not too different and the fighting is not more difficult................. I'm really looking forward to this one. Hope it is not a disappointment and I can handle the combat.
You laugh because I'm different I laugh because you're all the same
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.
