RON Wright.1 OP Settled Boomer Joined: Jul 2002 Posts: 319 Eastbourne,U.K.	I am stuck at the mail chute in the foyer. In the large drawer below is the letter from the water Co., but no "stuck mail" that I can see. Have backed off and re-run a couple of times, but no letter. Any clue,please,anyone ?

There are a few more things you should do before that letter on the top of the mail chute is accessible. Only when these three things are accomplished will the mail be "delivered" and you'll see the letter stuck in the mail chute. Hope this helps!! Mike.
