I'm in what looks like an observatory, and I have to rotate parts of a device on the wall to align with red gems. I have been trying for ages, I can't do it.
I keep leaving the game and going back later, this sometimes works if I'm having trouble but this "device" has me beat.
Has anyone got any advice on this game.

I see some walkthroughs online which might be of help. Otherwise, maybe another player will be able to give you some advice.

I haven't played this yet, but Louis did one go to his site and look for it, it should help.

Thanks for the help, the walkthrough I looked at showed whats supposed to happen, what I thought I needed to do but.... I seem to have a glitch, I'm unable to control the dials, they spin madly when I try to move them, so it's not possible to stop where I need to. Oh well it's been a great game up until this (Chapter 4).

I have had a problem with the game crashing, about 8 times so far but it always started up again later.

If anyone has a saved game after this point that they are willing to share that would be great.

I'll keep you in mind when I play the game... don't delete it.

Hi copper,

On which system do you play the game? I have played the game several times and never had a crash.
I have to replay the game to that point to make the savegame you need.
Can I use the emailadress in your profile to send the savegame?

I will play the game direct to that point and make a savegame but you have to go back to some other parts to solve other puzzles in order to complete the game with all 4 endings.
Maybe you have already solve some of these puzzles.
If you want to know which puzzles, read the walkthrough on the website of Louis: www.pcgameswalkthroughs.nl the , walkthrough is in Dutch but also in English.

That would be really nice of you to go to all that trouble Lion_1251, thank you.

I play on a pc with Windows 7 Pro.

If you could send a savegame to the email address in my profile that would be great.

I wonder if the problem I'm having (madly spinning dials) and the many crashes are caused by the same problem???

Thanks again for your help, I will wait patiently for the savegame...
