Hopefully they will be back to normal pretty soon.

Have used them for at least10 years and spent hundreds of dollars. Their tech support is horrible and so is their customer service. Totally useless and unable to play any games. Don't waste your time or money on this site. Totally don't care if you fix your problem. No customer loyalty! Shameful! this on facebook on august 11. people are angry.
