That sounds like comfort food, family.

I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

It doesn't seem to me like rotisserie chicken would work well in this dish because it is already cooked. Also, it's probably harder to use than the boneless breasts are. Boneless, skinless breasts are usually easy to find and work with.

While I agree with oldbroad about using boneless, skinless breasts, I think a rotisserie chicken would work too. Won't know until you try it!

Would you cook it as in the recipe (Draclvr) so it is cooked twice or would you add it in at some time later? That's the part that doesn't work for me, along with pulling meat off bones.

I would pull the meat off the bones and then follow the recipe as-is. Might just take less time to cook. Worth a try!

Thanks, Marian! I missed the question in the middle of all the links. You won't know if they are hard to make until you try it! Since I haven't made any of them, I don't know.

I used to cook meals like this long ago. Now they are not worth the effort since I mostly just cook for myself. However, I think that stuffed shells are probably more time consuming than hard to make. I think they look good. I haven't had stuffed shells in ages. Let us know if you try it.

family, since we have probably never used these recipes, we would have no way of knowing if they are easy or not. Just try them and decide for yourself.

I have never used curry in my sloppy joes. I use some chili powder along with salt, pepper, onions and ketchup. It's my mother-in-law's old, old recipe.
