Good Thursday morning. This summer seems to just be flying by.

A little break from the oppressive heat today and maybe even a thunderstorm or two.

We sat out on the pool deck last night before it got dark and watched 3 does and a little fawn down in the pasture. The fawn had the zoomies and was tearing back and forth between mom and the other does. It was pretty comical!

Hang in there everyone. We are almost to the weekend.

Good Friday morning. Slow start to the day just enjoying my WADDB.

We watched the doe and little fawn again last night. She brought it out of the woods after it cooled off. It had the zoomies again! So fun to watch.

TGIF good morning Draclvr, Connie, Fogfighter, Gerry, SQF, Hagatha, OldBroad and all who follow. Fogfighter, please send your 24 C temps over here...it hasn't been that cool here since last month. Draclvr, seeing the fawn zoomies has got to be awesome...I hope to get some thunderstorm showers this afternoon. I know the feeling Connie as I used to travel to Orlando frequently, we hope to see cooler temperatures in October up here. Hope you got a good walk in today Gerry. Got mine in this morning while it was still in the upper 70s outside. It just gets too hot to walk the dog after the sun rises.

Good Friday afternoon.

It is at that weird temperature here. Too hot for me but not hot enough for my air to come on. I keep the thermostat set high because my brother stays in the basement and it gets too cold for him down there. It was, however, cool enough outside last night to have my bedroom window open which was nice.

Grocery list day again but I don't think I'm putting anything on it, except maybe toilet paper.

I walked twice yesterday! It was a beautiful less humid day...perfect for a long walk and a 2nd shorter walk. It will be an even better day today so I will enjoy another great walk...feels so good not to deal with oppressive air!

I've replenished the hummingbird feeders and now enjoying a cup of WADDB and bagel. Then it's recycles, chores, projects and perhaps a quick grocery run remaining on today's docket. Good Saturday morning. Hubby's big breakfast aside, it's time to enjoy by WADDB. Fogfighter, it's never too hot for a cup of coffee!

It's drizzling rain right now which is good because otherwise I was going to have to start watering again.

Waiting for the hummers to empty a couple of feeders before I refill them. I have a daily visitor along with the hummers - a female downy woodpecker. I guess she can get her beak in far enough because she is there almost as often as the hummers!
