Good morning everyone,
It is pouring rain this morning. Absolutely pouring. I have Pilates and then i need to decide what to take to the neighbourhood party tonight -- maybe some crab dip and some local artisanal chocolates.
I had another one of those IMS treatments on my shoulder yesterday and it does seemed to have reduced my pain level. The treatment is pretty painful, though.
