Date: 2012. Location: Arctic Research Station Persei, somewhere in the north Kara Sea.

You are Ethan Miller, junior technician and the last person who might discover what happened here.
And possibly the last who can survive it if you can face the unknown terror stalking the halls.

But hey, no pressure.

No saving at all is a no-go for me.

I can confirm that it is intended for now to be a short, one session experience (it began life as a much shorter project), although it is acknowledged that a save system would be useful and could be considered for a future update.

I can't remember the last time I had 80 minutes all at once to game!

Same here, and not only that. I like to go back to test alternatives and replay certain scenes. And sometimes I miss (or think that I’ve missed) something that I want to check. Also, I’m a slow player, so when it says 80 minutes of gameplay, it would probably take at least 3 hours for me to complete the game.

No saving AT ALL? Come on, is there no end to this madness? I’ve mentioned this several times before, but implementing a save system is not particularly complicated or time consuming, so it couldn’t possible be a budget limitation, but must be a design choice.

Thank you for the review flotsam! That particular piece of information was a dealbreaker for me, for what otherwise seems to be a nice little game.
