I came across this page on Big Fish today, some of which information was new to me.

So, I decided to place an order for yet some more Match 3 games during today's one day sale and guess what. I noticed that I have 1 extra point on my account than what I had before. I guess they decided to give me the point that I complained about. Of course, the prices today are that odd pricing that leaves me 3 points short this time. I won't complain as apparently this is how they do it now and I will have to accept that. Edit: Oh my, I guess it is extra points day because I got 15% (minus those 3 points)!

There have been quite a few posts on FB about the inability to download recently purchased games, as well as games from Purchase History. Advice went from reloading a new password to deleting/reinstalling game manager. I was concerned because of my "recent" problems with unrecognized email addresses and the main site password not being recognized by game manager. Recently is in quotes because my problems with BFG seem to have gone on forever. Anyway, I recently gave the system a whirl, and, while I did have to re-sign in with my "hopefully recognized" password, it worked. Was able to successfuly download a game from game manager. I don't think I will risk trying to do anything from the main site. I'm not a member anymore, and most of my favorite prublishers/developers are no longer represented on the BFG site.
The game I downloaded was Dark Stroles: Sins of the Father. Surprisingly good and quite a bit more difficult than I remember it being.

Yes, I have seen those posts, rtrooney, and am happy to say that I haven't experienced any of those problems. I have been fortunate thus far. I am glad you were able to download successfully this time. I do remember Dark Strokes: Sins of the Fathers being a good one, but that is all that I remember about it. Will have to check it out again. I liked the other Dark Strokes game as well. The same developer did Lake House: Children of Silence, which is a game that I really enjoy and have placed twice so far. I had just finished Enigmatis: The Mists of Ravenwood CE so I decided to download Dark Strokes: Sins of the Fathers. Twenty minutes in and I will definitely replay this one now.

@Marian - Ravenswood has, IMO, the best story of the three. The HO scenes in Sins of the Fathers ... well, some of them are infuriatingly hard.
