SpaceQ, so sorry you went through that! Hubby did that a couple years ago after a surgery he had and he misread the dosage of his anti-inflammatories. It was scary for awhile! I'm glad you are back on the mend! Hugs!

Good Tuesday morning. Another chilly start to a beautiful sunny warm day. I think I'm going to need TWO cups of WADDB this morning.

I have a young woman with a cleaning business coming today to give me a bid on washing my windows. This 120 year old 2 story farmhouse has a LOT of windows. I replaced the original ones from the early 1900's when I bought this place 35 years ago. I used to wash my windows every year, but they probably haven't been washed for at least 15 years. The screens all need to be washed too. I decided I'm leaving it to someone with a young back and knees! She's local and I liked her logo - Two Witches, A Broom and a Minivan.

Today I'll be watching some videos on using a power drill. I had my dining room seats recovered, as the cats had destroyed the pleather fabric, but when i picked them up from the upholsterer yesterday I noted that he had covered up the holes with hard plastic. I had thought I would be able to just screw the seats back on, but no; I'll have to drill first. Anyway, using a power drill is probably an essential life skill.

After that I'll be out raking leaves to get them off the lawn. They keep falling!
