SpaceQ, so sorry you went through that! Hubby did that a couple years ago after a surgery he had and he misread the dosage of his anti-inflammatories. It was scary for awhile! I'm glad you are back on the mend! Hugs!

Good Morning everyone! Wide Awake Double Dark Brew is ready.

SpaceQ sending healing prayers your way and wishing you a seedy recovery.

Hope you all have a good day!

Gerry

Good morning everyone. So glad you're on the mend SQF...keeping you in my prayers. It's time for WADDB and then a bagel or two after Connie arrives. Wishing you all a wonderful day.

Good morning, Danish, Donuts and Bagels in the Break Room. SQF, hugs and prayers for an easy recovery. The weather has been cool, but very windy here. Enjoy the day and hug someone.

Good morning Boomers. Thanks again for the support everyone. It really means a lot to me.

Good Tuesday morning. Another chilly start to a beautiful sunny warm day. I think I'm going to need TWO cups of WADDB this morning.

I have a young woman with a cleaning business coming today to give me a bid on washing my windows. This 120 year old 2 story farmhouse has a LOT of windows. I replaced the original ones from the early 1900's when I bought this place 35 years ago. I used to wash my windows every year, but they probably haven't been washed for at least 15 years. The screens all need to be washed too. I decided I'm leaving it to someone with a young back and knees! She's local and I liked her logo - Two Witches, A Broom and a Minivan.

SpaceQ, take it easy and slowly get back into things! And come here to keep us posted on how you're doing!

Good morning everyone.

SQF, take care of yourself.

Today I'll be watching some videos on using a power drill. I had my dining room seats recovered, as the cats had destroyed the pleather fabric, but when i picked them up from the upholsterer yesterday I noted that he had covered up the holes with hard plastic. I had thought I would be able to just screw the seats back on, but no; I'll have to drill first. Anyway, using a power drill is probably an essential life skill.

After that I'll be out raking leaves to get them off the lawn. They keep falling!

Right now plenty of couch time is my recovery plan and slowly gaining my strength back. Ten straight days of lying in a hospital bed really saps your energy. Thanks again for all the support.

Good Morning everyone! Wide Awake Double Dark Brew is ready.

SpaceQ the older we get the harder it is to get our strength back after health issues. I hope you feel better soon and are back to yourself...sending positive energy and healing prayers.

Hope you all have a great day!

Gerry

Good morning, Danish, Donuts and Bagels in the Break Room. Drac, I like the name too. SQF, Hugs. Enjoy the day and hug someone .

Good morning everyone! Wow Connie you're up early today! Yes, WADDB and Bagels! Take er slow and easy SQF!

Have a wonderful day everyone

Good Wednesday morning. More gorgeous weather today. But still these nice chilly mornings which require WADDB to warm up and get the day started!

The young ladies are coming today to do my windows. I hope they don't have too much trouble with them! You are supposed to be able to pull them out and down to be able to clean both sides. But they are over 30 years old, so I hope they still work! Their bid was only $200, so I will be giving them a very generous tip if they do a good job. They also clean houses and asked if I wanted a deep clean.. My house does need it, but I told them maybe next spring.

Good morning Boomers. Have a great day!

Good morning.

I'm off to get my COVID and Flu shots this morning, and then I have a quick trip to the dentist.

My younger sister is coming for a ten-day visit from Guelph (Ontario) next week. We haven't really spent much time together since I moved to BC 44 years ago, so this should be fun.

Good morning; one day at a time SpaceQ. I'm still waiting for a phone call from the hospital for surgery on my arm, I hope it will be soon because I'm in constant pain.
It's 28F or -2C &we have a snow storm, up to 15cn or 5.9 in. winter is here, it's early but it's here,
have a great day everyone.

Fingers crossed for you Judith.

Good Morning Everyone! Wide Awake Double Dark Brew is ready.

Judith that is awful weather! It is going to be a long winter for you! Hagatha enjoy the long visit with your sister next week. Draclvr that is a reasonable price for cleaning windows.

Happy Hump Day everyone!

Gerry

Goof morning everyone!

Keeping my fingers crossed for Judith.

Happy Thursday GameBoomers!

Good morning everyone. I hope they can schedule you soon Judith. Enjoying the cooler weather on my walks in the morning. Time for WADDB and then Bagels when Connie arrives. Take care and have a wonderful day everyone.

Good morning, Danish, Donuts and Bagels in the Break Room. Judith, I hope they get you scheduled quickly. Enjoy the day and hug someone.

Good morning everyone.

We had a terrifying thunderstorm last night, with the first boom literally right overhead. I actually jumped. After that was a heavy downpour, and it's still raining. Looks like it will for the next week.

Today is, I believe, the last dance class for the year. I'm not sure I can go as I have a handyman coming over to do some work. Hopefully he'll be done in time.

Good Thursday morning. Judith, it's hard for me to imagine you snow and cold weather... it sure will make for a long winter for you. Down here, it's more warm beautiful fall weather.

The young ladies did a fine job on my windows yesterday. It turned into more of a job than they thought so I tipped them generously. It sure is nice and bright in here! I hate dark houses - too dungeony for me.

League bowling tonight.

Looks like more heavy rain and thunderstorms are headed our way this morning. Thunder and lightening are fairly uncommon here; we can go years without a single thunderstorm. There must be a huge storm system moving along right now.

Judith, I guess you're back into winter already.

morning all; i'm jealous of your wonderful weather, maybe hubby and i need to move where it's nice and warm. right now it's 27f or -3c. enjoy your visit next week hagatha. sorry about typing all lower case, arm is bad today
