One of these days, and I'm sure it will be sooner rather than later, I'm going to quit BF for good. Once again BF Game Manager would not accept my password. Recently, for about a year, I had been logging on once a week just to make sure my log ins remained hassle free. My luck ran out today, and I had to reset a new password. That in itself is a pain, but BF upped the ante today. I created a new password, typed it in Notepad, and copied/pasted the new password in the link they sent me via email. Guess what? I was told that the new password and the retyped new password didn't match! How can that possibly happen since they were copied/pasted from the same source?

So I did everything again, but instead of believing that the two passwords didn't match, I hit Sign In anyway. Bingo! It has gotten to the state where you must ignore/disbelieve BF instructions in order to do get done what you intuitively know what needs to be done! I'm sure this a a mere pittance of a problem compared to what has been described above.

If I could find a way to mass download all 600+ games in my Purchase History to a SSHD, and know that I could play games straight from that drive, I would wave good-bye to BF gladly. I'm getting really tired of this "stuff"!

For whom the games toll.
They toll for thee.

I don't blame you either.

I wish I knew why this is happening. I started with Big Fish in 2006, have used several different computers over the past twenty years, and not once have I ever had a problem with logging in or with passwords. I would be so frustrated.
