If you need help choosing a video card, please post the model number of your HP computer. As Skeeter said, we need to look up some information to determine what your options are.
If you do not know your computer's model number, then go back into dxdiag. Under the system tab, post what it says next to "System Model". It should be a series of letters and numbers. "Pavillion 061" is not enough information. There should be more.
Some of the older Nvidia 6 series video cards draw much more power than some of the newer 7 series cards. At any rate, let's look up your PC's info before we point you to any specific video cards. We really need to find out for sure what power supply is in your computer
