what should i do, i trashed the burnt bread cant get it back.

Is it possible to get more water from the well?

Or are you close enough to a saved game that you can go back and re-bake the bread?

Crowsnest, you will have to go back to the well and lower the pail to get water. After you get a filled pail, use the recipients of all sorts from your inventory to get water from the pail.

Once the notes are in the journal - it will not be taken out. That is where you keep all the documents that you pick up that is for inforemation only. It will stay in the inventory if you will use it later.

I am not understanding 'after amp'.

everytime i click on book, she says,
it seems to me that after the 3 letters A>M>P a stain is conceiling part of the message, i have not had the notes in book.
when i try to leave the room she says
i havent finished yet with chavignys things.
ive had everything from desk

Have you opened that AMP book and have taken Philibert's notes?
Also you have to check everything at the other desk.

ive opened the book,what do the notes look like.
ive had star chart + parchment from other desk.

I also have a problem in this room, but with the desk. I opened the green book and took out a scrap of paper. I then went to the desk and opened it. I can't open the drawer, it just shows the pointer, no active cursor. I get the sign for the tools but again, no active cursor. Have i missed something? Gwenda

ive made the eucalyptus twice, but i cant get her to drink it for her to go to bed i keep loosing the drink

When you make the tea in the cooking pot, did you use the recipients of all sorts to collect it? It should go into your inventory. Take it from inventory to give to Madeleine. There is more then one page of the inventory so look in all pages to find it. I hope this helps.
