WoW!! what happened to my game? I haven't played
in like 3 months and I turned it on today and all my toons
are gone ACKK!! what happened? can I get
them back? Doc

Hi Doc, Glad you feel well enough to play. It sounds like your account has been hacked. You are going to need to open a ticket....contact blizzard.

I've added an authenticator to my account (a one time charge of $6.95) and I enter a randomly generated number each time I log in.

I'm so sorry this happened. Do let us know what Blizzard does.

Yes my friend! Linda and I are on quite often and I saw Peggy this week too!
Karen, I have had both eyes done for cataracts, and you won't believe the difference afterwards! I'ts nothing to worry about at all! After having diabetes for 24 years, I finally had to have laser surgery in my right eye for diabetic retinopathy a week ago.
Hope you are doing better! When is your surgery?

I'm so glad the Dragon Naturally Speaking is working for you! It was odd how Newegg had it at a drastically reduced price exactly at the time you needed it.

No, I don't play WOW. I'd probably never leave my computer if I did! I am so busy right now with tomatoes and flowers and company, I don't have time to do much more that drop in to Gameboomers and Mystery Manor a couple of times a day.

Do you use the software to post here or is it only useful for documents? I dont' know much about it...

HI GB WoW gang!! It's soooo GGGREAT to be back!
I am so bummed about losing all my Toons!!
it took me a very longgggg time to get them to their levels
and get Horses ^ Tigers to ride~ I am *Praying* I will be
able to get them back. I called Blizzard for 2 days all day
long & couldn't get anyone to talk to. *rats*
just gonna keep calling.
I have not learned how to use the Dragon speaker
very much yet. it is really complacated & hard for me
to learn? so I can't tell ya too much about it yet sorry~
I am so dumb at that kinda stuff~ my 14 yr old niece has
learned it better then me!
it's been more my eyes I'm having trouble with then my
hands, but now I got super duper glasses that I can
see a lot better with! Yee Haw!!! and my hands have had
some shots in them, so their a bit more better YIPPEEE!!!
I have to have my cataract surgery July 15th & 22nd.
I had 7 Diabetic eye lasers-4 left eye and 3 right eye
in 1992. and my eyes have been really GREAT since!
wellll.....except for the cataracts on both my eyes
my Dr says I'll never lose my sight to diabetis because
of the great laser job! so I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

gonna start plugging along on a couple Toons just
in case I don't get my Toons back.
can ALL you guys Please give me your toon names
again so I can add ya to my friends list??

I play Wow, although not as much lately as before, maybe only 2-3 hours a day. Waiting for Cataclysm.

Blizz will be able to get your toons back, and your gear, for you. There is a really bad problem with accounts getting hacked and you really should get the authenticator. I know several people this past year that have been hacked.

Keep us posted on how things go.

Karen, I'm glad you're doing better now. As you progress, let me know how you like the Dragon software.
I wish I could give you one of my toons to play with until you got yours back. I know it's so hard to have to play with a lower level when you finally get used to having a mount and some of the advantages of being a higher level.
Hopefully, they will get yours back soon.
I also recommend getting the authenticator. Just a little extra peace of mind for not much cost and you get a neat little corehound vanity pet.
I finally got a toon to 80 Yay!! Now the guild I'm in where the 80 is got into a fight and most all the old gang quit and the core group is taking the Summer off. No raiding for me unless I quit too.

I sure have missed you in game! And many of the other GB players. Everybody except Linda, L4L, and Soot and I disappeared.
I still don't have an 80, but am working hard on my main to get there. Maybe I have too many toons? Nah.
I have the authenticator and it works great, but Karen would have a hard time seeing the numbers on it until she gets her eye surgery. Then it should be OK.

Glad to hear you got your toons back. I wonder if they ever catch the people that do this stuff.

Unfortunately I'm not on your server, I'm on Sisters of Elune. Too bad they don't let us free character transfers that we can do a few weeks at a time to go over and visit our friends on other servers. Or at least if that drop the $25 fee down to, say, $5, for temporary transfers, that would be cool.

Yay Karen!!! Happy to hear that you got your toons back! Authenticator is the way to go and you get a cool pet. Everytime I see a player spamming web sites
I report them. I don't know if it does any good, but makes me feel like I'm doing something about those nasty people.

My toons are: Pipendelly, warlock and Juhani, shaman.
I'm playing Pipen more because she is in Outland and she is so much fun to play.
