BFG is very good about trying to help by sending Dr Felix to help but he doesn't take care of it so I am left with having paid for a game that will not play.  If you buy a game from Big Fish that doesn't work for you, let Big Fish know and they will give you a credit for another game. You aren't left paying for a game that won't play.

 I think we all assume the problem is with my PC (which it probably is). I have been having problems since a virus struck it - for which I got wonderful advice here but it was such a terrible one it infected my games (wouldn't even let me play).   It sounds like you'd benefit from a reformat/reinstall of Windows. Getting rid of a virus does not fix files that have been damaged or deleted by the virus.

You can always try a   repair install, assuming you have the original OS media.  Perform a Repair Installation I'm assuming you're running XP.
