While I wait for Mass Effect 3 I'm wondering wether to try The Witcher or Dragon Age. Mass Effect and Fable 1 are my only darkside experiences and as a woman of fifty something blush I limit myself to games I can manage confused. Would you experts have any suggestions please?

Hi, aretha. My choice would be The Witcher - the first game. The second one was just released a week or so ago. Witcher 1 is still my favorite dark side game!

You've got plenty of company here - I'm a 60+ woman who plays these games!

Thanks Draclvr That's a very convincing opinion. Both games I'm considering are clearly popular so the issue is 'managing' the game. Thank goodness for altering level of difficulty in Mass Effect, not to mention strategy guide, walkthrough etc.

My vote goes to the Witcher too. The combat is a bit different but there is a visual prompt that can be turned on. That made it a piece of cake. luck

Hi Aretha, my vote goes for the Witcher also. I think you will find Witcher manageable. I've played both games and enjoyed them but Witcher interested me a bit more than Dragonage. I'm also in the 50 something female game player group. wave

Hello Aretha, I'm a 60+ female and The Wicther is good game for us ladies. There are great walkthroughs and Hints available. I'm playing the game for the third time, always find something I missed.

I'm also in the 50+ age bracket, and I loved them both. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with either.

I'm also anticipating ME3. I've got a Janet Shephard just waiting for more action.

I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Thanks for all your input. I'll start with The Witcher and then tackle Dragon Age. By then Mass Effect 3 should appear...thanks again.
