Malware will protect your computer from malicious attacks, while ccleaner cleans out the registry and other bits and pieces left after removing programs.
ccleaner doesn't protect you from anything, it's as the name implies, a cleaner.
The Avira you have is your anti-virus program, which you should use along with Malware.
The Regvac you have is another cleaner, so you can choose which registry cleaner you prefer to use. I've not used Regvac, so I don't know if it's better, or worse, than ccleaner.
